Hi. I have been printing documents off my hp envy from microsoft word 2007 and then today i go to create a new microsoft word document and the printer will not print the whole page. It prints the first two lines then stops. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and drivers, stopped the spool and started it again then rebooted the pc. Still nothing. Any ideas please

Appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. They were spot on. 🙂

Since you already reinstalled the printer drivers, it looks like an issue with the Microsoft Word app. First, try making a “Copy” using the printer touch screen. If the copy comes out well, then try making a print from some other apps like Adobe reader, Notepad or from your Email. If all the other printable are working fine, then the issue could be with the Microsoft Office suite. I would suggest you reinstall the same.
