Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My officejet 4500 will not print the color red. Tried cleaning and replacing the color cartridge but only works for awhile, Both color cartridges are 3/4 full.  Is this a cartridge or printer problem?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Troubleshooting Print-Quality Issues(under Windows section) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
