Hi @Nawrocki,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand your OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer is not printing. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.
Check Printer Status
Make sure the printer is powered on and shows no error messages on the control panel.
Confirm there is enough paper in the tray and that the ink cartridges are properly installed.
Verify Connections
If using USB, ensure the cable is firmly connected to both the printer and PC.
If using Wi-Fi, check that the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
Try printing a Network Configuration Page from the printer’s control panel to confirm connectivity.
Set as Default Printer
On your Windows 11 PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e and make sure it is set as the default printer.
Clear Print Queue
Open the print queue and cancel all pending print jobs.
Sometimes a stuck job can block all new print tasks.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from HP’s website.
This will automatically detect and fix many common printing issues.
Update or Reinstall Printer Driver
In Device Manager, check if the printer is listed under Printers.
Update the driver, or uninstall the printer and then reinstall it using HP Smart App or the latest driver from HP’s support site.
Restart Devices
Power off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Restart your computer and router as well to refresh all connections.
I hope this helps.
