I have a officejet pro 9200 series and it will only print a test page but nothing else.  It will also print from my phone but when I try to print from my laptop nothing happens and it doesn’t even show up in the print Queue.  I have windows 11 and mcafee not sure if any of that helps.  I have restarted my computer and printer uninstalled printer reinstalled printer and can not get it to print.

  2. Restart Devices: Restart your printer, laptop, and router in case of network issues.

Update Printer Drivers

  1. Go to Device Manager: Open 'Device Manager' on your laptop.
  2. Update Driver: Expand 'Printers' section, right-click your Officejet Pro 9200 series, and select 'Update driver.'

Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily

  1. Disable McAfee: Sometimes, antivirus software can block printer communication. Temporarily disable McAfee and try printing again.

Set Printer as Default

  1. Open Control Panel: Navigate to 'Control Panel' > 'Devices and Printers.'
  2. Set as Default: Right-click on your Officejet Pro 9200 series printer and select 'Set as default printer.'

Clear Print Queue
