Morning all, 

 

Need some help and guidance please 

 

Printer had been working well using WiFi for the last four years but stopped completely recently - Having read some posts, I tried to remove and reinstall the software (from the HP site)

 

Tried to use the HP Diagnostics utility tool to achieve this but it was unsuccessful  

 

I am able to scan from printer to laptop but not print from laptop - shows a message on laptop saying printer was unable to print

 

Help please for a non computer literate person! 🙂
