I've been using the instant ink system for over 2 years with no problems. Yesterday I got an error message about the colour cartridge - the same cartridge I've been using since October. Error message says Tri-Color: Unknown. I've tried removing and reinsterting the cartridge. I've tried unplugging printer for a minute to reset. I've cleaned the cartridge contacts and those inside the printer. None of these actions have helped.Error message

Thanks, Jeet. Since posting this problem I have contacted your support team via the "Chat" and it was very helpful. The problem has been resolved - the cartridge is faulty so a replacement is being sent to me.
