I've been using the instant ink system for over 2 years with no problems. Yesterday I got an error message about the colour cartridge - the same cartridge I've been using since October. Error message says Tri-Color: Unknown. I've tried removing and reinsterting the cartridge. I've tried unplugging printer for a minute to reset. I've cleaned the cartridge contacts and those inside the printer. None of these actions have helped.Error messageError messageCartridges in placeCartridges in place

Thanks, Jeet. Since posting this problem I have contacted your support team via the "Chat" and it was very helpful. The problem has been resolved - the cartridge is faulty so a replacement is being sent to me.
