HP DeskJet 2620 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer, even though it is connected to a network and I can access the web service page and I manually click 'print info page' on the web service settings, my printer still won't print the page. I even click the cancel and info button together on the panels, but nothing has happened despite trying too many times. (I'd like to note that the power button blinks once when I click the cancel and info button together)
I require the page to access printer code to claim Instant Ink services, but this has been virtually impossible despite all the measures I've done, including resetting the printer and doing the set-up over and over again. I have done this so much, I had to purchase another set of ink, since the instant ink £10 subscription set just ran out way too quickly but despite, so nothing has work.
I did the set up process to claim Instant Ink, put my info, and set up a plan. As I was about to pay, it still asks me to provide a print code.
