Officejet Pro 8715 won't print from PC after latest Windows 10 update. It continues to operate correctly using my laptop with a Windows 8 operating system. Tried every suggested fix, including installing full service software from CD. Printer continues to be Offline for printing, but is functional in the Scan mode. The printer also prints from Samsung tablets and smart phones. I think Microsoft has a Windows 10 update that makes my HP printer obsolete with my HP PC! Anny ssuggestions?

I understand that you are unable to print after Windows 10 update, I am glad to assist you.

- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
