I installed a new black HP ink cartridge into the printer. The alignment page will not print. The screen reads, "Now printing alignment page" but is stuck there. No sounds coming from printer.
Prior to this, we would have intermittent problems scanning or copying, but never a printing problem.

Hi @beachnbayou,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are getting an error message "Now printing alignment page" on your HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer.
This issue could occur if the ink cartridges or the printer is defective.
Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Alignment Unsuccessful
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.
