HP OfficeJet Pro 8030e would copy fit to page for the first 2 months. Now it won't anymore. Have done factory reset but no help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. It will resize to whatever percent I set it to, just fit to page won't work. Thank you.

Hi @sulcata,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030e printer is not printing fit to page anymore, here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.
- Check printer settings: Make sure that the print settings are correctly set to "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" depending on your printer model. You can check the settings by going to the print dialog box on your computer and selecting "Print Settings" or "Properties".
- Check paper size: Make sure that the paper size you are using is compatible with your printer. If the paper size is too large or too small, the printer may not be able to print the document to fit the page. Check the paper size in the printer settings and make sure it matches the size of the paper in the tray.
- Calibrate printer: Run calibration on your printer to ensure that it is correctly aligning the print job with the paper. This can be done by selecting "Tools" or "Utilities" from the printer menu, and then selecting "Calibrate Printer" or a similar option.
- Update printer driver: Make sure that you have the latest driver software installed for your printer. You can check for updates on the HP website or through the printer software.
- Check ink levels: If the ink levels are low, the printer may not be able to print to fit the page correctly. Check the ink levels in the printer software and replace any cartridges that are running low.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
