Product: Hp Envy Pro 6455

This machine was fine until I tried to print a document from my Apple iPad Pro.    1.  Picked Hp print from drop down 

                                 2then got to page that said it was still loading waited 20 minutes nothiNg happened so I went to bed and I’m trying again today same same thing . I’m about to call JUST ANSWER thought I’d give this a chance first .
