Hi I've had this printer for about a year and had it hooked up to HP Smart, but I deleted it from the app because it was causing constant error messages that didn't  reflect reality and doing literally nothing useful. Now my printer says it can't print from my computer without being connected to my account which is deeply annoying because, again, it was just repeatedly saying it wasn't connected to the internet when it was demonstrably was and tbh this seems like a scam to push a app that does nothing but gather data about us. I don't care how  "helpful" it's supposed to be, it does nothing but cause problems.
