Hi! Thank you for your reply, and a fast one at that. My printer is an HP Office Jet Pro 8620 I don’t know what windows version and there is no error number because Io and behold, my printer mysteriously started working again. I guess you’re that good. 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 Thanks for your help. I’ll be back if it messes up again.
