Product: HP Deskjet 2680

I just changed both ink cartridges. Official HP cartridges, didn't touch the copper, only the plastic part. I'm getting a flashing red light above the red X. I've tried unplugging and turning off. Once the WIFI reboots, it all starts flashing again. Thank you for any help!

@TinaG1 The following sections describe the most common error conditions with combinations of blinking (flashing) lights displayed on the control panel, followed by solutions for each combination. Find the blinking lights pattern you are experiencing, and then follow the steps to resolve the issue.
