I had a paper jam which I removed then got an error message saying printer fault and to turn printer off then back on again. In the closing down sequence I have got the message “shutting down” and a rolling grey and white line, but it’s not actually shutting down. I read the other posts but I’m not in a quiet on position to remove and reinsert the power cable so unsure what I can do to fix it
