Check the Power Source

  • Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors or extension cords).
  • Try a different outlet to rule out power issues.

 

Perform a Power Reset

  • Unplug the printer and wait 60 seconds to discharge residual power.
  • Plug it back in and press the Power button.

 

Inspect the Power Cable & Adapter

  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the printer.
  • If possible, test with a compatible HP power cable from another printer.
