Printer: HP LaserJet MFP M234sdw

Problem: Printer wont clear number of copies

Details: Came in to work one day, and the printer is set to 34 copies. No one has requested the printer to make 34 copies of anything. The number of copies will not clear, we had it copy a blank sheet 34 times to try and clear the task. No luck. We have factory reset the printer and it changed the number to higher but later went back to 34. Suggestions on how to resolve the issue. If you forget, and want to make a single page copy - it defaults to printing 34 copies of the item instead.
