printererror 62.80.25  how do I solve the problem?

The HP printer error 62.80.25 typically indicates a printhead issue. Here's how you can try to resolve it:

Power Reset the Printer:

  • Make sure the printer is turned on.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (avoid power strips).
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer back on if it doesn’t start automatically.

Check the Printhead:

  • Open the printer access door.
  • Gently remove and reseat the printhead if it's removable.
  • Ensure there’s no ink leakage or debris.
  • Close the access door and try printing again.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support site and check for firmware updates for your printer model.
  • Install any available updates using the HP Smart app or via USB.

If the issue persists, the printhead may need replacement. We suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
