HP OFFICEJET 8620 PRO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting error code 0xc19a0003 and I need to order a replacement printer head for my printer, which is a HP OFFICEJET 8620 PRO printer. I have tried every possible diagnostic step i could find (short of just chucking this out a window and buying another one), so I thought,"Let's try contacting a HP Customer Support Service Center. " Not one of the four I contacted can either acquire the part or, in the case of two of them, know what it is. Any help would be appreciated- the only place I can find it is on eBay and I don't particularity want to go that route.
