My printer suddenly stopped printing and told me I had to go to the Instant Ink website.  Once there, I discovered that both of my printers have been removed from my account.  I did not do this.  I'm guessing maybe I needed to update a credit card, but I never received any communication that this needed to be done.  Even if a card expires, they shouldn't remove the printers from my account!

One of my printers is in my classroom and is hard-wired to my computer, as the district will not allow me connect it via WiFi since it's a personal device.  I cannot set up the printer because it only gives me the option to connect via WiFi.  I am so frustrated by this.  HP is a scam.
