I have followed these above steps to fix the prinhead issue and have walked through the power cord reset, including plugging the power cord directly into the wall instead of a power strip. This did not resolve my problem.
I have navigated to the contact page and have not been able to submit a ticket for this issue because the only option from the HP support page sends me back to this forum to ask my question again. I would like to contact HP directly and submit a ticket immediately. This process has been frustrating and spinning me in circles. Please advise how to contact HP directly not using a forum.

I understand your concerns and frustration
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
