I tried this method and I even waited longer than the 60 seconds and used a different outlet and it is still showing the same out come,
There is a problem with the printer or ink system.
Turn printer off, then on which I have done several times and nothing has changed is there anything else I can do to make my printer work.. It is not used often and not very old I am not looking to have to buy a new printer since I just replaced the ink cause I think it may have dried up on me. Is there a way I can check for the pins they are telling me about?

Did you make any changes to the printer?
Do you have any jams in the printer?
