replaced both printheads and all inkjet cartridges. I am satisfied with the report results. why is it not possible to just accept the quality and move on?

Welcome to the HP support community.

Could you elaborate on the issue you are facing with the printer?

Hi,

After changing all ink cartridges and getting the message "alignment failed" we also replaced both print heads. We have done cleaning of print heads and all levels of alignment with no success. the print reports we are getting seems to be fine. Now when we are doing a print we are getting the following msg: "Alignment recommended" and when we press the button "do not align" the printer does its print job???? how can we get the printer out of this stage?

@LOland

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

I see that the printer is stuck at alignment process every time you try to print. kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Alignment Errors

If the issue persists, perform step 2 from this document to make sure the ink cartridges are working fine and then try to align the printer.

Let me know how this goes.
