Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I received a notice that "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed (Error Code: Oxc19a0013).  I selected "?" and then received the following note:  "Solution 1:  Reinstall the printheads, Touch Show Me to be guided through printhead installation." However, I could not find any category of helps in that window that said "Show me" and nothing that referenced printheads.  The second solution "Solution 2: Contact HP support.  Go to www.hp.com/support" and was then referred to this support group. I have tried turning the printer completely off and back on again, removing each print cartridge and putting it back in.  I don't know what else to do.  Has anyone had a similar proble
