Hi @B-Rad76,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code "62 80 15" on an HP printer indicates a problem with the printhead. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Check the printhead contacts: Make sure the contacts on the printhead and the carriage are clean and free of any debris. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe them clean.
- Reset the printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Check the ink cartridges: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and are not empty. If they are low on ink, replace them.
- Update the printer firmware: Make sure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
