Just wipe the printhead nozzles with lint-free cloth and water.

Okay, but I can see there is ink inside the printhead so just wiping the nozzles isn't going to help.

Use a cotton swab and to get the ink out and reinsert the printhead and check the error.

I can't get into the area where the ink has possibly dried because it is closed up. I'll just figure it out for myself.

But, I'd still recommend you reach the HP Phone support team for service/repair options.
