I have an Officejet 8620, Product number:A7F65A. Out of warranty (about 4 years old). Just in the last coupole of days I am getting an occasional "prnthead not found" error message, sometimes in the middle of a multipage document. I can simply restart the job from where it stopped and complete it OK.
I have not yet followed any troubleshooting, but that is not my question here.
Just in case I need one, I decided to check the availability of the Printhead. On the HP site it says I need CR324A ( https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04091615) .
That is shown as in stock in the HP Parts Store for UK, but in the compatible printers list, it only shows "Officejet 8600" . So I contacted HP Support via Whatsapp, and asked the agent if that meant it was compatible with all 86xx series printers?
The agent told me I actually need CR323A for my printer. However, in the HP Parts store it says ",CR323A Part is not orderable in the HP Parts Store."
I cannot find CR323A on any alternative supplier site, even as "unavailable"
Can anyone advise what IS the correct printhead for this printer?
Thanks.

Brilliant. Thanks a lot. I suspected it would be the correct one.
Bit concerning that the HP Agent did not recognise that CR324A was for the European market (as it had said on the HP site) , although on the first HP webpage where I initially found the CR324A number, it said that the number for the US and Latin America market was CR322A . . . . .
Anyway, thanks again. I now know CR324A is the one I might need, and currently it is available.
cheers,
