Please I need Help!
First, my printer ( is a HP Officejet Pro 6830 e- all in one Printer.) Not the 6600, I don't have that one anymore
Anyway,
First it was saying" Printhead needs to be aligned".
And now it say (the message I get when I turn on my printer)
"Problem with Printhead"
"There is a problem with the printhead"
I have new HP Ink in there last month.
Please help me fix this printhead?
Please?

Hi @countrygirl312,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a printhead problem.
Try the below the suggestions -
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Try the steps in the document --Error Indicates Faulty Printhead
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I think what's happening is when I go to print something., I hear the printer trying to move the Printhead. I think it gets stuck when I shut it off in the right corner. Can I oil it? Or what to help it move?
