Hi,
I have a serious problem on HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format e-multifunction Printer, "firmware version EXM1CN2022AR", software version "029.001.971.39251". While I was printing yesterday all of a sudden the printing stopped and an error message appeared: "Printhead is missing, not detected or installed incorrectly". I tried unplug the power cord from the power source for 60 seconds and turning the printer on but the warning remains undeterred and prevents me from using the printer. What can I do?

(My carriage is without a printhead latch)
