I got a message that the printhead was not installed, damaged or missing.  I cleaned the head and reinstalled as instructed by several HP videos and other community boards.  I finally ordered a NEW printhead and I am still getting the exact same messages and when checking through the printers webpage, it still says the printhead is MISSING,  Any ideas what is going on?

Hello,

Looks like its a printer hardware related issue. Here is a link to a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvXUc3XfT-s , focus on timeline 00:30 to 00:50 seconds.

If issue still persists, it time to go for a new printer, or take it to a ASP nearby .

I first cleaned the OLD printhead and it didn't fix it.  I then ordered and received a NEW printhead and it did not solve any problem.  SO I guess that I need to get a new printer.  Thanks for the help.  Sad that these printers don't last very long, and doubly sad that repairing them is not cost effective
