If your HP Smart Tank 7005 is not printing cyan colors, it might indicate an issue with the printhead. Here’s how you can replace the printhead:

 

1. Check for Clogs and Cleaning

Before replacing the printhead, it’s worth trying a few cleaning steps:

Printhead Cleaning:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer.
  • Go to "Printer Settings" or "Tools."
  • Look for an option to clean the printhead. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Check Ink Levels: Make sure the cyan ink tank is adequately filled. Sometimes low ink can affect printing.
