Pinter won't print #10 envelope I followed the instructions for inserting the envelope to the far right, moved the guide over to the left side of the envelope, have the flap on the envelope to the inside on the left side pointing to the right side, it won't print, envelope slides through blank. It will print on a plain sheet of paper.

Thanks for your help. I did refer to the manual. Settings were good per the manual. So, I was trying to print the envelope using Microsoft Word. Could not make it work. As a last resort I tried using Wordpad. It worked! Problem solved (sort of).

Does the plain paper match up to the envelope if you overlay it?

Yes, the print on the plain paper does match up to the envelope.
When I try to print on the envelope the printer sucks the envelope into position to begin print but then the light starts flashing - indicating there’s no paper in the printer.

Did you change the paper type on the printer to envelope?

When it prints on the plain paper, if I’d had an envelope on top and pushed over to the right it would have printed perfectly on the envelope. I think the printer is sensing, incorrectly, that there’s no paper to print on.

Try resetting the printer by removing the power plug & waiting 60 seconds b4 plugging it back in.
