We are working with an HP color LaserJet M452dn, it had a 59.F0 error, we replaced the transfer belt assembly, now the error has cleared but we only get blank pages when we run reports?

Any ideas?

Hello,

Your ITB may not be attracting the toner from the cartridges.  This would result in a blank page.

How does your new ITB look after testing a few jobs?  Dirty or squeaky clean?  A quick peek inside the printer should reveal if the toner is clumping up somewhere or not.

Jabzi

The belt is clean after trying to run test pages on it.

Check the 2 plastic levers that you had to pull to get the belt out. If they are not seated properly then the alienation drive does not engage and you get no print. Common problem. 59.f0 error is usually an issue with the DC controller firmware that needs to be updated with a separate file from the standard firmware. If you have an old config page look at the DC controller firmware. If it is not at 15000+ then you need to apply the firmware. The levers are seated correctly, this belt has 2 screws that need to be in.  There are 2 levers in the front of the belt, should they be pointed straight or in a downward position?
