I just purchased this printer. My old printer printed borderless without a problem. I am printing an 8.5x11 page borderless on Adobe Acrobat DC. I chose borderless printing, actual size, etc. However, it seems to be printing slightly off center. The lower and left margins have a 1/8 inch space. The right margin is cropped off by the same size. I am not sure if its an Acrobat thing or HP. I tried to adjust every Acrobat setting I know. Any ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Have you installed the HP Software using HP Easy Start?

If not, this relevant resource will walk you through it:

macOS 10.12 Sierra  Download and install software

Can you try to check if there is any update on Acrobat DC?

Else can you try to go to Print > "Advanced"  > select "Print as Image"  and try printing.

(make sure the print settings are borderless etc)

The image is for Windows but believe that Mac should be similar.

Adobe Print as image.jpg

Hope that helps!
