The printer is working fine on standard single sheet paper. It also works fine when printing very little on a C6 envelope. Printing an 8 line address on the envelope results in a carriage jam on completion of printing but before the envelope is ejected from the machine. Carriage jam error given. Removing the stuck envelop shows it to have printed properly but the carriage is over the envelope and has to be moved to the park position and the envelope can easily be pulled through from the front of the printer.
The software is all working as it should (Word 365 and up to date printer drivers) and the envelop is printing properly - just doesn't get pushed out of the front on completion.

Hi @Biketyke,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a carriage jam issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
