Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I print the envelopes to go with my greeting cards on this new printer.  On my other HP printers is was no problem, but on this one I keep getting a "mismatch" error.  It is the standard envelope size (half sheet) for cards.  Please help!  Thanks.

Here is my set-up in Word.

Note: it may take some time b4 you see the image as HP has to ok it!

I have tried almost all of them it seems.  All I want to do is print name and address on an envelope.  It shouldn't be rocket science, right?  I even tried custom, but that didn't work.  Is the normal half sheet card envelope referred to as a certain size like A4, C5, etc.????

What is the exact size of the envelope? 5.5x8.5 inches?

FYI......This printer has the envelope centered for the feed.  I even tried running it as a statement but it was not centered correctly.
