Product: HP Deskjet Plus 4155
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am getting an error message that looks like this: E 0 ! then the colored cartridge is blinking. The cartridge might be empty but I still have black ink so it should at least be letting me print with black. Help please!

Hi,

E0 indicates a problem with an ink cartridge, either a problem such as an empty cartridge.

 

With the cartridge  installed the error will remain, you may either replace an empty cartridge or remove it from the printer and keep the other cartridge only installed in the printer in reserve mode, with an empty ink cartridge installed in

tue printer the error will remain.
