Hello, my printer was working fine and I had normally used it today, printing from my laptop. But after I changed the router, and created a new network, I tried to connect it to the newnetwork and not only it did not connect ( all other devices connected fine and are working) but gave me the error message OXB80BA808 and I tried already to unplug from power wall, waited a couple of minutes, pressed the power button again but it comes back to the same message that the printer was incorrectly turned off and the only thing I can do is to press ok. once I press OK the error message OXB80BA808 pops up again and I cannot do anything else. I use ( and adore!) my printer for work, cannot stay as is. Please help.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 Printer Reset -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Step 2 Update the printer's firmware -
