I upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday, and now the printer spits out multiple pages of gibberish. I have to press "cancel" to get it to stop printing a line per page. The test page prints fine, but no other documents will print correctly. Please help me.

This behaviour is most often caused by corrupt or wrong printer drivers being used. I suggest that you uninstall the printer and try reinstalling it.

Perfect! I had tried to reinstall the drivers but didn't think to uninstall and reinstall the printer. Thanks very much for all you do to help people. Blessings!
