My HP Envy Photo 7855 is printing out multiple sets of the HP Network Configuration Page. When I'm here to witness this occurring the touch panel flickers making a clicking sound, back and forth between the home screen and the Wireless Summary screen and often stops there and then goes ahead and prints the pages. If I'm present I try to hit the back button and the OK button, but to no avail it goes ahead and prints.
I checked previous complaints and followed instructions to reset, which I did and the problem persists.
I checked for a firmware update, and there is not one.
Trying to navigate on the touch screen is nearly impossible as the back button does not seem to respond and when I try to scroll it selects an option rather than scroll.

@alanp11b, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

When I said there were no firmware updates shown, that was going through the support website on my computer. I just checked from the HP Smart app and it does show a firmware update PALSUPPPXN003.1931B.00 build date 2019-06-18. I accepted the automatic download of the updates, but I don't see whether the update has occurred or not and the screen is still switching back and forth. While I slept it printed at least 10 sets of Network Configuration Pages.
I may have misread the HP Smart App re: firmware update. I think that is the current firmware version on my printer. When I chose "check now" for updates it says there are no new updates available.
