HP Deskjet 3750

I changed the cartridges and upon resuming printing the printing was off centre and missing half text/info. Straight lines have become dashes and there's information missing. I have tried doing a printer clean and a test print but it hasn't changed the situation. My husband who is an IT technician can't even figure out what is wrong with it. Does anyone know how to solve this?

@AiMs_86, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Which device are you using to print?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Try making a copy and check if it prints fine.

Kindly align the printer as mentioned in step 7 of this document that may resolve this issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
