I am attempt to print a one page document, however, it is printing one line on several separate pieces of paper.

 

Any assistance is graciously appreciated.

I see that the printout is not what it is supposed to be. Are you using the HP Smart app to print from your Android device?

Try printing a different document and check if that prints fine.

 

For more info on printing using the HP Smart app, refer to - HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Thank you so much for your response.

I usually just print directly from my mobile device without going through HP Smart. However, it wasn't working until I printed using your instructions and all my documents printed out perfectly.
