Running Windows 10, Chrome, with Envy 4502 printer. Past two weeks, having strange problem.
Saving documents from Internet to .pdf. Stories or recipes. Using either Chrome's Print button or Web Pages Print Button when printing Recipe. The First letter's on the left side are missing. In a title that would say..."Blood Pressure Monitor..." The "B" would be missing. Usually the first letter in a paragraph or in a recipe, That says 1-1/2 cup flour, the "1" would be missing. This is all along the left margin.
I have tried to change "ZOOM" size for the page, change print size from 100 to a smaller number, even changed margins. No change. Now some pages print with nothing missing, other pages print with that first letter from the left margin missing.
Any ideas? Just started within the past two weeks. Prior to that, never had a problem. Almost acts like Wordwrap. not working right.

I appreciate the details, and I suggest you check with google support team on finding a fix for google chrome as this is an issue with the browser, considering an alternate browser works fine,
If possible, you could attempt going back to an earlier version of the google chrome via Google Support.
I hope that helps!
Is there anything else I could help you with? If not, please mark this post as the solution as it has helped identify the issue with the browser and confirms that the printer is fine.
That said, have a good day ahead.

Welcome to our humble abode, the family and tech-friendly house of HP Forums!
I'll be your host for the day, they call me the Riddle_Decipher.
Did you try printing offline documents or try an alternate browser to check if that works fine?
Also, please check if the copier works fine as a stand-alone device.
Meanwhile, try changing the font size and printing using the below instructions:
-
Change font size: Click the Settings icon
, click Settings, click Show advanced settings at the bottom of the window, then select a larger font size in the Web content section.
-
Change the page size: Click the Settings icon, then click the + in the Zoom setting to make the page larger.
Let me know how that pans out
I will have a colleague follow-up on this to ensure it's taken care off, in case you don't respond in the next 24-48hrs,
Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon,
Followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution' as it would help the community gain more knowledge and have a great day Ahead!

Hi. Have tried changing font and screen size. No effect. Have tried using UCBrowser. It works in this browser. No problem.
Back to Chrome, Some of my PDF's save with no problem. But others have that first letter cut off. This problem popped up within the past three weeks. There must be an update that is causing this problem.
I'm showing a Chrome update on 2-7 and a Windows 10 update on 1-23.
