Lately, when I make a copy, I get lines running down the length of the paper.  I have wiped all rollers, and everything that I see where the paper would pass thru and still have the lines...any suggestions on how to get this resolved?

The ADF uses its own glass area on the scanner bed, it is the narrow (about 1" wide) strip on the left.  
Cleaning this area should resolve the issue.
