Please I need your help!

I have the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3790 and when I push the print butto it just doesnt print the paper!!!

Rather than that it says "Threre is a problem with the printing queue...

What should I do?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
