Hello,
We are having a consistent issue with the quality of print. The issue is at the top of the page and we are losing key information due to the printer skipping or getting stuck. Its hard to describe but you can see from the photos.
We have tried reseting to default factory settings and have run through cleaning pages but it keeps happening?
Have anyone had issues like this. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks
