Welcome to the community @Foxracin,
I will certainly do my best to help you, however, I am going to ask that you please let me know some more helpful information to help me research the problem for you.
Please respond to me with the following. If there are any steps here that you have not tried, please try them before responding and include the result in your reply back to me:
What program are you printing the patten from?
How is the printer connected (USB/ wireless/ wired/ Bluetooth)?
What is the Operating System of the computer?
Have you tested hardware functionality (made copies) and do they work successfully?
Have you tried printing from different programs?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?
If you're running Windows, run the Print and Scan Doctor and include the results.
Have you completed all Windows/Mac OS Updates?
Thank you.

You may have "shrink to fit" (wording varies) set in your Print Preview / Page Setup.
Set the Scale / size to 100%
Option > Print with Paint
If you have it available (dependent on your Operating System), use Paint to print the pattern.
Set Scaling to 100%
If the pattern will fit (on) the shape of the selected paper, there should be little, if any, shrinkage.
Section: Printing with Paint
Example (at writing) is on Page 5 "Angel Wings_2"

That's why I mentioned the "fit to page" / shrink to fit -- this is easy to miss; most of the time we want stuff to "fit" on the printed page regardless of its size.
Document printing (pdf) can be printed in "true size" -- yes, you need to install Adobe Reader DC, which will run on any relatively recent version of Windows. Adobe Reader DC is important to the printer's Full
Feature Software program.
Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit)
Reference:
Manage Print Output with Print Preview
Sections, various - including:
- Preparation
- PDF Files > Subsection
- “Shrink to fit” as opposed to “Actual Size” (Adobe Reader)
Happy Printing!
