Since two days all my printing an copying are too high on the copy in reference to the original.

About  one inch is missing at the top.

How can i solve this?

Regards,

Frank

Cleaning and re-aligning the printhead may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door

3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer

5) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.

6) From the control panel home screen, touch the Settings icon (), and then touch Tools.

7) Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Clean Printhead.

😎 From the home screen, touch the Setup icon (), and then touch Tools.

9) Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Align Printer. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the alignment.

Let me know how it goes!

Hello,

I did what you asked (clean any paper jam and align cartridges) but still missing the top of my document when printing and copying a document.

How can this be solved?

Regards,
