Check Printer and Mobile Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. Sometimes, connectivity issues can cause the app to behave unexpectedly.

Reinstall the HP Smart App:

  • Uninstall the HP Smart app from your mobile device, then reinstall it from your app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS). This can help fix any software glitches.

Clear Cache or Data of the Print App:

  • On Android: Go to Settings > Apps > HP Smart > Storage > and click Clear Cache and Clear Data. This can sometimes help resolve any app-related issues.
