Printing bank statements

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have always printed monthly bank statements.  The last 2 months when I print them they come out with the deposits and withdrawals blocked out.  The bank said it is something in the security of my printer.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?
